Eden Valley Organic Brie
A white mould ripened organic brie made in Appleby with Cumbrian organic milk using modern equipment to produce a high quality soft cheese that is selling like hot cakes!
Eden Ivory
A hard ewes milk cheese with a delicious creamy, nutty and slightly sweet flavour and similar in style to a Manchego. Made from pasteurised sheep’s milk from Ostrich World at Langwathby.
Hootenanny
A semi-hard cheese made from pasteurised goats milk from the north of the Lake District. The cheese is snow white in colour with a rich creamy texture and a fresh delicate flavour.
Old Applebian
A crumbly, open textured cheese with a pronounced, slightly acidic flavour and a creamy aftertaste. Made from pasteurised cows milk to an old Westmorland recipe.
Eden Chieftain
A creamy, award winning close textured vintage cheddar style cheese with a clean, well-rounded flavour made from pasteurised cows milk.
Flakebridge
A smooth, hard-pressed, coloured cheese with a firm, slightly flaky texture and a subtle tangy taste. Made to a local recipe using pasteurised cows milk.
Eden Sunset
A slightly crumbly and open-textured hard-pressed cheese with a clean, mellow flavour. Made from pasteurised cows milk it has a unique buttery flavour.
Eden Smokie
A smoked version of the brie we make in Appleby, now smoked on site at Appleby using a blend of Oak and Apple woods to produce a unique and distinctive addition to your cheese board.
Smoked Hootenanny
A delicately home-smoked goat's milk cheese - if you cook with it please contact us with your recipe ideas, it make a fabulous sandwich and is great as a stuffing for chicken breast
